La Baronnie is a traditional Perigourdine manoir and sleeps two to six people in three bedrooms (all king-size, but bedroom 3 can be configured as twin singles if preferred).

The manoir has free WiFi, a DVD/Blu-ray player and TV with UK and FR satellite free-to-air channels.

Please note that the pigeonnier (tower) and the ground floor apartment are inaccessible and not part of the Manoir available to guests.

Downstairs comprises a large living room with log-burner and fireplace. The large kitchen and diner with inglenook fireplace with classic range cooker, separate oven and dishwasher. Upstairs comprises three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size bed, dual aspect views and includes a double-ended bath, wash basin and shower cubicle within the bedroom (toilet separate). Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed with en-suite (shared with bedroom 3) and bedroom 3 can be configured as a king-size or twin single beds

Manoir veranda

A hair-dryer is provided in each bedroom. A cot and high-chair and push-chair are available if required. A small safe is provided in bedroom 1.
Quality bed linen is provided along with Egyptian cotton M&S fluffy towels. If a change of bed linen or towels is required during the week, a charge may be levied. Stays of more than one week include a change of linen and towels on Saturdays. Beds are made-up prior to your arrival. Beach towels are provided for use around the pool. We also have a separate supply of towels for your use whist canoeing or visiting a river beach available on request. An iron and ironing board are provided.

Accessibility:

Our quirky manoir is located on a hillside, there are balconies, steps and the garden is on different levels. Young children should be supervised at all times.

Manoir rental per week:

Multi-week discount: For all bookings, a discount of £100 is available for a second week (minimum 14 nights) and for each subsequent week.

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of one-third of the total amount is payable on booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. There is a refundable breakages deposit of £500 payable with the final payment.

Cancellation policy and refunds:

Up to 8 weeks before the start of your holiday: deposit is non-refundable. 4 – 8 weeks before the start of your holiday: 50% rate refund of total amount (excluding deposit). 2 – 4 weeks before the start of your holiday: 25% rate refund of total amount (excluding deposit). Please note that changeover day is Saturday. Arrival after 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
